Welcome to our production facility, based at Send in Surrey, United Kingdom.
Vision Engineering Technology Partnerships offers design and subcontract manufacturing of high value, complex parts.
We have an 80,000 sq ft state-of-the-art production facility in the UK, and a 36,000 sq ft production facility in Connecticut in USA.
Vision Engineering has pursued a corporate design and innovation policy, focusing on improving quality, and reducing cost and waste in the manufacturing industry. Our subcontract manufacturing service caters for all of your manufacturing needs – from concept, to design, and all the way through to production, with everything in-between.
Quality, performance, value.
Our multi-skilled team work with a variety of CAD/CAM software to ensure your designs are taken through all of the checks prior to production to ensure manufacturing is of the highest standard.
Small to large components are produced within the framework of a quality management system to ensure consistency, less wastage, and repeatability.

Kitamura
- 1 x Kitamura HX400iG Horizontal Machining Centre
- 1 x Kitamura H-400 Twin pallet Fanuc Control with Renishaw Probe
In our UK facility, our latest acquisition includes a Kitamura 4-axis, 50 tool, 2 pallet horizontal machining centre for fast and accurate milling of simple to complex parts. Complex parts can be produced in a single operation using multiple setups with multiple datums, and enables us to achieve 5-axis parts quickly with great repeatability.
Chester Alpha Centre V11L
Suitable for the production of larger components, the Chester Alpha Centre V11L 4-axis CNC milling machine offers high-performance manufacturing and high rigidity. Suitable for mould making, the C3 class ball screws ensure the highest accuracy and durability. Pre-tension on all axes minimizes thermal distortion.
Mazak Mill/Turn Lathe
Designed for high volume production, the Mazak Hyper Quadrex machine configuration directly results in part-processing versatility and reduced cycle times among various operations – ranging from chuck work to the machining of large diameter bar stock. Advanced automation options enable unattended, continuous operation, and the addition of a bespoke parts catcher supports lights out 24/7 operation for small component manufacture.
